Scope Of Services
H&H HEALTHCARE SERVICES, provides skilled pediatric and adult nursing care services that will ensure that the client reaches his or her full potential, creates satisfied customers and answer your questions and provide information about the client’s health, medication teaching necessary to help client and family understand and assist in the care of the client.

H&h Healthcare Services Provides
H&H Registered Nurse (RN)/ Skilled Nursing provides patient assessment and coordination of care, supervises all needed care; develops the plan of care (POC).
H&H Certified Nursing Assistant feeds, bathe and dress patients, take patient vital signs, serve meals, make beds, and keep rooms clean, set up medical equipment and assist with some medical procedures and observe changes in a patient’s condition or behavior.
H&H Certified Medicine Aides administers daily medication to patients in a hospital or medical facility. Also referred to as Medical Aide Technicians, their duties include monitoring patients, reporting changes, and collecting samples.
H&H Geriatric Nursing Assistant Services also administers daily medication to patients at their natural homes, in a hospital or medical facility. Their duties include monitoring patients, reporting changes, and collecting samples.
H&H Home Health Aides provides assistance with basic activities of daily living
a. (Bathing, grooming, dressing, and exercising); monitor vital signs and performs
b. basic household chores.
H&H Healthcare services provides services to:
a. Pediatric, adolescent, young adults and geriatric patients with health care needs or home support (visits, follow-ups, and extended hours).
b. All levels of Clients.
H&H HEALTHCARE SERVICES three Levels of Care are:
Level 1: Personal care: Assistance with personal hygiene (bath, shower, bed bath, etc.), ambulation, feeding, dressing (clothes) and medication reminders.
Level 2: Limited (no IVT, no intramuscular injections) medication administration by CMTs under the supervision of the RN.
Level 3: Complex care such as ventilators, catheter, wound care, intramuscular injections, IV-therapy, etc., provided by RNs and LPNs
All services provided will be guided by the Maryland Nursing Practice Act and COMAR 10.07.05 policy guide.
